To end the speculations: -YES, I lost weight. 2 years ago I was training myself and the same day with friends and family, and I just couldn't say "enough". 3-4 hours per day in the gym is NOT good, and my knee started hurting due to overtraining. For the last year it has been really really bad, and has stopped me from training hard, sometimes not at all. Lots of rest, countless treatments and painkillers... and I am on my way back (still hurts, but not as bad as before). So the BootyBuilding is on, with more reps and less weight.
