Ako se američki "Sports Illustrated" ikad rasproda onda je to kada na kioske izađe izdanje u kojima dame poziraju u kupaćim kostimima. Izaći na tim stranicama je stvar prestiža, potvrda ili najava uspeha.

Najstarija sportašica koja je ikad krasila glasovito izdanje je nekadašnja Mis Fitnes Amerike. Džodi Harison Bauer (59).

Have you had breakfast today? If you’re not a ‘breakfast ‘ person, try taking little steps to get there. Maybe start with a piece of fruit or a plain yogurt. I prefer a meal replacement/ protein shake because it’s easy and nutritious. I know I need to get this meal in 1st thing to get me started for the day. I take in as much lean protein as my body weight. I do count macros, I don’t count calories. Why? Because a donut might have as many calories as a protein shake but be nutritionally empty. Learn to read labels. Your body needs lean protein to maintain the muscle you have. Depending on your goals, things change and it’s too much information to go into details here, so feel free to DM me. Things to focus on for weight loss, gain or simply being healthy: 1- Hydrate- drink as much water in ounces as your body weight 2- eat every 3-4 hours and include lean protein.... whether you are hungry or not 3- Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep 4-Move 4-5 times per week 5- Journal your food, workouts, thoughts 6- Be present and try to meditate/ pray 6- Practice self- love If you can do any of the above then you’re practicing self- love. - Još pola godine i napuniću: 60! Tako da, moje dame... Eto vam motiva. Može se, može se sve ako želite i ako vam je stalo. A do sopstvenog izgleda vam valjda treba biti stalo - priča Harison Bauer.

- Ako ja mogu, može svako. Dobrodošli ste u mojoj fitnes dvorani, ali to je najmanje bitno. Vežbajte bilo gdj, zbog sebe i zbog onih do kojima vam je stalo, a koji vas vole.

Naravno, fitness program koji sama vodi primereniji je damama njenih godina ili neznatno mlađim, prenosi "24sata.hr". Nije bitno "ubiti se" u teretani nego krenuti sa adekvatnom vežbom kao navikom, pa kasnije, po potrebi, dizati intenzitet.

Džodi poziva na veliki oprez dok se u Americi, kojom korona virus sada hara kao nijednom drugom zemljom, pandemija ne stavi pod kontrolu, ali i apeluje na vežbanje zbog zdravlja i nudi svoje online savete, direktno u Instagram inboks.
